All Dressed Up and Ready to Go… Out for Valentine’s Day

No matter what your plans are for Valentine’s Day, you want to look good for your significant other. It’s a special day, and you want a special outfit for the occasion.

A Table for Two

If your plans call for a romantic dinner for two, you can dress it up or down depending on the restaurant. You’re fine wearing denim at a more casual restaurant. The fancier the place, the fancier your outfit. Not sure what to wear? Call ahead to see if there’s a dress code.

A Night on the Town

Will you be spending Valentine’s Day (night, that is) barhopping? If you’ll be clubbing it, you want to look H-O-T. But you don’t want to be hot. If it’s cold outside, wear layers so you’ll be comfortable indoors and out. A pair of skinny jeans, a sexy top and kickin’ boots is just what the DJ ordered.

Home Alone

Staying home on Valentine’s Day is not the end of the world. In fact, it can be amazing. Just because you’re staying in, however, don’t settle for wearing a T-shirt and sweatpants. Try a pair of boyfriend jeans, which are a little oversized, making them more comfortable than skinny jeans. Pair with a white t-shirt or oversized sweater to feel comfortable but still look cute.
